All drawings, specifications, addenda as issued, special instructions, changes in bid date and time, available pre-bid photos, etc. can be viewed, downloaded, and printed from our website in our Online Bid Room at www.arnell-west.com.  A list of all trades required for each project can also be viewed.  A password is required to view the drawings.  Individual full-size sheets can be purchased at our SLC office for a minimal charge or at most drawing reproduction services by following the instructions on our online bid room.  Each interested subcontractor or supplier should visit our bid room for instruction modifications, date and time changes, and addenda on a regular basis and before submitting a bid for a project.  Our intent is to keep the bid room as current as possible.  Many-interested subcontractors and suppliers review bid documents online then purchase only the particular drawings they need for their individual quantity surveys and takeoffs. We do expect, though, that all subcontractors and suppliers are responsible for all bid documents.   It is our intent to send this "Notice of Projects Bidding" weekly to those interested subcontractors and suppliers in which at least one of the projects listed includes trade work you typically do or materials you typically provide and in which the project is in the general area that you are interested in bidding and doing work.  If you prefer only to receive notices for a specific area, please contact Laura at lauram@arnell-west.com with that request.  We will do the best we can to restrict notices for projects in your specific areas.
